I am is a senior independent transportation
planning consultant with nearly 30 years of wide-ranging experience in the
transportation sector. I have worked for a variety of donor agencies and
public and private sector clients throughout the world. I am able to perform
a wide variety of both technical and project management tasks within the transportation
planning field with particular focus on sustainable urban transportation
strategies and climate change adaption. In recent years, I have on sustainable
transportation projects related to the adaption of the Paris agreement for transportation
infrastructure, working with the major donor agencies (Work Bank and Asian
Development Bank) in projects in Georgia, Uzbekistan, China, India, Pakistan,
Nepal, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Nigeria. Previously, I have worked on
projects in the United Kingdom (including the high profile 2012 Olympics
study), Europe and the Middle East. I hold a BA in Geography from the
University of Leeds, a MSc in Transport Planning & Management from the
University of Westminster and am a member of both the Chartered Institute of
Transportation (UK) and the Institute of Highways and Transportation (UK). Recent Projects KfW: Tbilisi Sustainable Urban Mobility
Plan, EcoMobility manager delivering street rehabilitation projects to
include bus/cycle lanes and improved NMT. ADB: Lao PDR: Vientiane Sustainable Urban
Transport Project, preparation work for the introduction of a BRT system. ADB: Tbilisi Sustainable Urban Mobility
Plan (SUMP), establishing monitoring and evaluation systems for the Tbilisi
SUMP ADB: TA-9384 NEP: Regional Urban
Development Project - Strengthening Capacity for Urban Planning, Urban
Design, and Investment Planning Transportation Master Plan for Qatar, wide
ranging role in the preparation of the master plan including extensive work
in the NMT/MaaS areas ADB: TA-9379-PRC: Comprehensive
Hub-Oriented Transportation Strategy for Urumqi Metropolitan Area ADB: TA-9314-MYA: Greater Mekong Subregion
East West Economic Corridor Highway Development Project, largely a demand
forecasting role ADB: TA-3248-VIE: Ho Chi Minh City Third
Ring Road, largely a demand forecasting and transportation modelling role to

Urban Transport Study, Mass Transit Options and Prioritization Study Work Bank: Ibadan Master plan, a supporting
role within a wider consultancy to develop sustainable transportation master
